John McLoughlin was born in London England and has worked in the Construction and Real Estate industry all his life and moved to Windermere, Central Florida in 2002. Back in the UK he qualified from the London Southbank University with a BSc honors degree in Building Surveying.
Having attained the highest Chartered then Fellowship professional status recognition from leading international construction and development institutes (The Chartered Institute of Building & The Association of Building Engineers), John then became a Chartered Building Surveyor and worked with construction and real estate companies on new construction and housing devolvement. John is additionally qualified as a UK Building Engineer, Health & Safety Inspector, UK Estate Agent, Florida Realtor, Florida Home Inspector, Florida Mold Inspector, Insurance Mitigation Inspector, and UK Plumbing /Heating Engineer.
John originally opened a Home Inspection business in Central Florida providing a specialist service to many British & American clients who expected a fully qualified building professional to identify to them any potential problems that maybe present while purchasing their property such as vacation homes and other investment properties. He later went on to graduate as a Florida Realtor and now provides a network of professional services for people looking to invest, purchase or relocate to Florida.
John is extremely active in the British and American business community through the business chambers and the Business Network international (BNI). His mission is to provide a professional service through his trusted network of qualified experts on British & American business related matters.
