So how do you identify a good property?

Well, with my experience as a British Chartered Surveyor / Florida Realtor and Florida Home Inspector, I have a very good professional eye when reviewing property information and also viewing properties. The new construction has improved immensely over the last 5 years with the improvement of local building codes. Many home builders are now incorporating a greener approach to their construction with many heat saving characteristic such as double glazing, solar hot water, radiant barriers, foam insulation and electrical power savers.

I am working with some developers that not only will sell you a great property but is some cases will lease back the property from you for up to 2 years to be used as their on site office or show homes. As you can imagine, these properties tend to sell first so if you are interested, act quickly.
