A brief resume of John McLoughlin

Having worked in the construction industry for the last 30 years, John McLoughlin has gained considerable experience in all forms of international real estate & construction. Graduating from The South Bank University London as a UK Chartered Building Surveyor, John is also qualified in Florida as a Realtor and an American Home Inspector.

Real Estate experience ranges from single family homes to multi million dollar occupancy accommodation in the Central Florida areas.

Construction experience ranges from basic Dilapidation Surveys to major commercial developments including Building Design & Construction Project Management. Professional recognition has been attained with Fellow & Chartered status in leading worldwide Construction Institutions.
