How much is my house worth?
It is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. Maybe, the key is to attract the majority not the minority.
Depending on the type of property you are selling a number of different approaches can be taken.
In the UK to determine value we would consider a valuation, in Florida we could also consider an appraisal which is normally carried out on the buyer’s side. Both these options would have to be conducted by a licensed professional. However a Realtor can also conduct what is known as a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using basic calculations to determine current comparable values against similar properties.
